Enhanced Call Centre - An add-on licence which enable s the following features:
  • Wrap-up code configuration, agent interface and agent sentiment analysis
  • Additional insight within analytics on wrap-up codes and agent sentiment
  • Customisable wallboards
  • Sign in/Sign out
Call Insight - Available as an add-on product through Analytics
If PCI or sensitive financial information is detected, the call is held until the data controller reviews the call and, if they chose, make the call available to other users. The user also has the ability to create specific alerts when custom key words have been detected.
Your Calls
The Your Calls widget gives users and agents details on their current ongoing call and the ability to place the call on hold. If the user has the additional PCI Recording licence, they will also be able to stop/mute and start/resume from the portal
Direct to voicemail transfer short codes
Allow calls to be transferred or routed directly to a user’s personal voicemailbox simply by prefixing their extension number with a *

The following widgets have been improved with enhancements or had UI improvements:

Hunt-group Sign in / Sign out
  • The Hunt-group Sign in / Sign out is now available to all account users when they log into the portal as their own account. The widget is shown on the Acc Dashboard and name User Sign in – Sign out.
  • If the user is also a call centre agent, the widget will also be available on the Call wrap up page (additional licence required for Enhanced Call Centre).
PCI Call Recording
DSS/BLF keys for PCI Stop and PCI Start are now available to be configured on the BLF widget for auto provisioned Yealink T4x devices
Call Forwarding Rules
New setting to allow the user to configure the calling party display when the call is forwarded
BLF Widget
Addition of new key templates to allow the user to program PCI Stop and PCI Start BLF keys on their handset (Yealink T4U range)
Call Recording Settings
An email is now sent to the resellers configured email address to alert them that the business admin has enabled a chargeable item on one of their customers’ accounts (i.e. PCI call recording, call insight)
IVR
  • The name of the Initial Menu Announcement has been changed to Menu Options Announcement
  • Additional option has been added to the IVR Introduction Announcement, Menu Options Announcement and On Unavailable Selection to set the announcement to none.
  • Additional option added to the IVR actions menu to allow the business admin to add an Enhanced Queue
Hardware Inventory
A save button has been added to increase the usability of the widget. The widget no longer requires the profile to be reselected before the settings are applied. The admin can now adjust whatever setting is required, then save using the new button
