Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Beyond is working closely with all of our suppliers to assess any direct and indirect service delivery impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on providing new solutions as well as ongoing management of existing services. This is an evolving situation which we are closely monitoring, and we will of course keep our customers informed of any updated information as soon as it becomes available.

As we receive further updates from specific suppliers we will immediately make those available. If you have any concerns about specific requirements, or planned projects, please speak to your account manager who will be able to assist.

Our focus is to keep our employees safe and well whilst continuing to serve our customers. Therefore, Beyond employees who can work from home are now doing so in a secure environment. They are equipped with the relevant technology required to operate as efficiently as possible. All telephones where appropriate have been diverted so you are able to contact us via the usual route, and contact via email currently remains unaffected.
